In addition to extensive state court experience, I have also litigated a variety of cases in trial and appellate federal courts.  I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in §1983 claims for violations of civil rights.   I have also defended clients against expansive Civil RICO claims.  In the insurance coverage arena, I have represented many commercial clients in declaratory judgment actions.  I have argued an appeal before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and after being admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, I am certain to wind up before the highest court in the land…any day now.
