I have represented numerous clients in both federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey.  These have included minor violations to misdemeanor and felony DWI, drug possession and distribution, fraud, and assault charges, and felony fraud, assault, and homicide charges.  My representation included all aspects of litigation, including discovery, evidentiary challenges, hearings, plea negotiations, and sentencing.  I have also drafted trial memoranda and appellate briefs involving constitutional issues.
