Extensive litigation often results from the personal injury or property damage caused in construction accidents.  My experience includes defending insureds from Labor Law §§240, 241(6), and 200 claims.  Additionally, I have litigated contractual and common law indemnity,  contribution, and insurance coverage claims among owners, general contractors, and sub-contractors.  Finally, I have analyzed and advised carriers on coverage for first-party damage claims arising out of construction accidents.
