Since the beginning of my career, I have practiced extensively before state and federal appellate courts.  Drafting briefs in a variety of areas, I have argued before New York’s Appellate Division and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  I also have much experience drafting and arguing successful applications for emergency relief.
